¿HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Place an order at PARADISE DESIGN STORE is very easy. Select the item you like and want to buy and add it to your “SHOPPING BAG”. Now you can continue shopping or go directly to the SHOPPING BAG and click on “CHECKOUT” Once there, fill the different order forms for the invoice, shipping address, payment method and click on PLACE ORDER to finish it. ¡YOU GOT IT!
Remember to check before finalizing the order that the quantities and sizes are what you want and make sure that the shipping address is correct.
Once the user has placed an order with PARADISE DESIGN, he/she will receive a confirmation e-mail saying the order has been received and it is being processed. This e-mail will assign a reference code for the purchase and will include the features of the product/s, its/their price/s and shipping cost.
We will confirm acceptance by sending you a second e-mail informing you that the order is being delivered (Delivery Confirmation).
¿HOW CAN I PAY MY PURCHASES?
PARADISE DESIGN accepts payments made via:
- Credit Card*: Through our ecommerce you can pay with Visa or Master Card as If you were doing it in the physical store.
- PayPal: After confirming your purchase, you will be directed to the PayPal login page, from where you can access to your account and complete the payment.
- Bizum: With this method you simply have to indicate the order number that will arrive in an email and make the money transfer.
- Bank Transer: If you choose this option, you will receive the account number to which you must pay the amount of you purchase.
The price of the purchase will be charged to the customer’s bank account at the moment of shopping, and it will be considered effective when bank centers concerned with the purchase confirm their agreement.
¿WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product that is displayed in the product page. Shipping costs will be displayed on the website at the moment of ordering.

- LOCAL PICK UP: If you are from Ainsa or surroundings you can pick up your order at our headquarters in Ainsa (Huesca). Place your order and we will prepare it for you. Then you will receive and email confirmation with address pick up details and we will contact you to fix an appointment for Local pick up.
- STANDARD SHIPPING: Read following points in order to have more details about shipping cost and delivery time.
The cost of packaging and shipping services for deliveries within Spain (mainland), is € 6 (six euros) and FREE for orders over € 75.00 (seventy-five Euros).
The cost of packaging and shipping services for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Portugal (excluding Azores and Madeira Islands) is € 7,50 (seven euros and fifty cents), and FREE for orders over € 90.00 (ninety euros).
The cost of packaging and shipping services for deliveries to the Canary Islands is € 12 (twelve euro), and FREE for orders over € 125.00 (one hundred euros and twenty-five cents).
The cost of packaging and shipping services for deliveries to United Kingdom is € 15 (fifteen euro), and FREE for orders over € 125.00 (one hundred euros and twenty-five cents).
The cost of packaging and shipping services for deliveries to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and Holland is € 17 (seventeen euro), and it can take over 5 day to arrive a destination.
The cost of packaging and shipping services for deliveries to Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, R. Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden is € 19 (nineteen euro) and it can take over 5 day to arrive a destination.
The cost of packaging and shipping services for deliveries to Switzerland is € 22 (twenty-two euro), and it can take over 5 day to arrive a destination.
The cost of packaging and shipping services for deliveries to EEUU and Canada is € 39 (thirty-nine euro).
The cost of packaging and shipping services for deliveries to other countries not signed over these lines that could be accepted as shipping destination from our shop online is € 45 (forty-five euro).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DETAILS
¿HOW LONG IS THE LEAD TIME?
PARADISE DESIGN delivery Service is carried out in collaboration with renowned logistics operators (MRW, UPS, SEUR, CORREOS). Orders to PO Boxes, hotels or other non-permanent addresses will not be delivered.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Our shipping services work from Monday through Friday, excluding local and national holidays.
The delivery time for orders to Spain (mainland) can take 1 to 3 business days. International shipping destinations can take from 4 to 15 business days depending on delivery location and position in a metropolitan center, urban or remote area. This delivery time is calculated from the very moment when PARADISE DESIGN sends the shipping confirmation email.
Note that for other circumstances beyond the control of PARADISE DESIGN, e.g. bad weather, transport strikes, etc., processing time may be longer, which might involve the suspension or delay of certain services.
¿HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
The refund in the customer’s account as a result of such return, shall be processed within 7 business days from the date when PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. gets the product back, after verifying that it is in perfect condition.
For our return service, you will be deducted a sum equal to the order shipping costs (in case you have taken advantage of free shipping, your return will be costless).
If the recipient of the PARADISE DESIGN products is not the person who paid for them, the funds will be refunded to the person who made the payment.
The action of return must be notified via email to email@example.com or you can fill out the form available on the CONTACT page (returns) of this web site.
The right to cancel the agreement will be applicable provided that the PARADISE DESIGN products are returned in the same condition as when you received them, together with their full original packaging, labels and all related accessories. To return jewelry and accessories, the safety seal must be kept intact. If the returned order does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to receive a refund
Under no circumstances can we accept returns sent with unpaid postage. We will not accept any liability for the loss, delay or shipping to the wrong address of any products you wish to return to us. For this reason, we recommend you send them by registered mail or with acknowledgement of receipt. Likewise, the customer will be responsible for proving that the articles were returned. We therefore recommend you always send them via a system that certifies delivery.
The shipping costs of the return parcel will be paid by the user and in no case be the company will accept a COD (collect on delivery), that is to say, a package with unpaid shipping costs.
Products can be returned:
- FREE OF CHARGE at PARADISE DESIGN headquartersin AINSA (HUESCA) Spain. If you choose this option just indicate it on RETURN FORM and we will fix the day and time for the return appointment in our Ainsa headquarters.
- RETURN with pick-up at your addressThis option is only available for orders from-to mainland Spain. By logging in the My Account and entering on your order number, you can indicate the goods for which you want to start the online return procedure. Then you will have to indicate your choice of “Return with pick-up on your address” in the form, as well the day of the week (Mon-Fri) on which carrier can pick up the package, in a somewhat wide time slot. The cost of this service for mainland Spain is €6 and will be deducted from the final refund provided once the return is accepted.
- RETURN with different courier,if you prefer use your own shipping method, please ship your return items to PARADISE DESIGN, S.L C/ Ribagorza, 33 22330 AINSA (HUESCA). By logging in the My Account and entering on your order number, you can indicate the goods for which you want to start the online return procedure, then you will have to indicate your choice of “Return with different courier”.
PARADISE DESIGN will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.
In case that the return was not accepted by the seller, given that the product is considered to have been used or is in different condition at the time of delivery, the product will remain at the distribution point until the user (customer) places a new order for another similar product – assuming the costs of this new delivery for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of return.
Those packages which do not contain any attached item to identify the sender (Order No., name & surname, address …) will not be returned.
Customs fees or taxes on sales are not refundable through PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. Nevertheless, you might get them refunded by contacting directly with your local customs authority.
Everyone who wants to return his/her package will receive an email informing about the amount of your refund, at the email account registered at the moment of the checkout process.
