These conditions will have an indefinite validity period and will be applicable to all contracts made through the Store.\n\nEach user who purchased Products of the Site, may also obtain information about orders and shipments, and reimbursement and returning of the same. Also, PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. reserves the right to stop providing or granting access to and use of any of the different types of products offered in the Store, at any time and without notice.\n\nThe products in the store shall match the Products offered indeed, in color and texture or other nuances, in the most reliable and possible way according the web viewing technology. Please make sure what the final selling price is before submitting the proper order form. Unfortunately, we cannot inform in advance of future offers and\/or discounts on prices, or refund the difference once the order has been placed.\n\nPlease note that shipping charges are not included in the price of the product displayed in the item record.\n\nShipping prices will be listed separately while you check out. In case that at any moment a mistake of this type, out of control of PARADISE DESIGN, occurs, and once it is detected, the company would proceed to its immediate correction. If there is a typo mistake in any of the prices shown and a User has decided to buy a product according to this mistaken price, PARADISE DESIGN will inform the user of the misprint and the User will be entitled to cancel the purchase with no cost.\n<h2><strong>PLACING AN ORDER<\/strong><\/h2>\nPARADISE DESIGN S.L.U. places at the Users\u2019 disposal, on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.paradisedesignstore.com\/\">www.paradisedesignstore.com<\/a>, various products of fashion accessories designed and directly commercialized by PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U.\n\nThe purchase of these products will be accomplished by the user, by filling in different forms that are presented throughout the purchase process.\n\nAll orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, the user (customer) entirely agrees in the acceptance of the commercial proposal of PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. and its applicable general conditions.\n\nUser also commits him\/her to provide PARADISE DESIGN accurate and true data, as well as he\/she is an authorized user of the credit card\/payment method used to place the order and that there is sufficient money to pay the amount of the order.\n\nOnce the user has placed an order with PARADISE DESIGN, he\/she will receive a confirmation e-mail saying the order has been received and it is being processed. This e-mail will assign a reference code for the purchase and will include the features of the product\/s, its\/their price\/s and shipping cost.\n\nThis does not imply that your order has been accepted, since is an offer that you are making to us for a purchase. The orders are subject to our verification and acceptance. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an e-mail informing you that the order is being delivered (Delivery Confirmation). Only shall the Contract between you and us be formalized.\n\nPARADISE DESIGN reserves the right to reject your order in case the requested item is out of stock or does not meet our standard quality controls and has been withdrawn from sale.\n\nIn any case, we are committed to keeping you informed, and if we have already charged your account for the amount of the order, we will reimburse the sum paid in advance.\n\nWhen the order is processed, an authorized standard check of the card used to make the payment is performed.\n\nSecurity controls are carried out in every order. The order will be cancelled in case the order does not pass these tests; if this occurs, the user will be properly informed.\n<h2><strong>CONFIRMATION OF THE CONTRACT. BILL<\/strong><\/h2>\nOnce the selling process is ended, PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. will provide the User a confirmation of the purchase by sending an e-mail, informing that the order has been accepted and the goods delivered. Within this e-mail, seen as a purchase agreement according to present conditions, will only include the goods listed in the previous confirmation email (the one sent to confirm the shipment). This confirmation of the contract set between PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. and the user (customer), is guided by the conditions applicable to the product and\/or contracted service which are specified on this page.\n\nPARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. will record the electronic documents used to formalize the trade contract, sending a copy to the user once the purchase is made. This contract will be formalized in Spanish.\n\nThe confirmation of the purchase order sent by PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. is not valid as a bill, only as proof of purchase. PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. will send the corresponding receipt together with the Product.\n<h2><strong>PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/h2>\nThe user who buys a product through the online Store must pay through payment methods specified in the Shop, which are: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Bizum, bank transfer and PayPal.\n\nPARADISE DESIGN accepts payments made via:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Credit Card*:\u00a0\u00a0Through our ecommerce you can pay with Visa or Master Card as If you were doing it in the physical store.<\/li>\n \t<li>PayPal:\u00a0After confirming your purchase, you will be directed to the PayPal login page, from where you can access to your account and complete the payment.<\/li>\n \t<li>Bizum:\u00a0With this method you simply have to indicate the order number that will arrive in an email and make the money transfer.<\/li>\n \t<li>Bank Transer:\u00a0If you choose this option, you will receive the account number to which you must pay the amount of you purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe price of the purchase will be charged to the customer&#8217;s bank account at the moment of shopping, and it will be considered effective when bank centers concerned with the purchase confirm their agreement.\n\n<em>* In case that the POS (Point of Sale- Terminal) reports on the denial of the credit or debit card, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing online the user of such situation immediately.<\/em>\n<h2><strong>SECURITY AND PRIVACY<\/strong><\/h2>\nPARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. does not have at its disposal, at any time, your credit card data. Data are directly entered into a secure website which belongs to the bank that manages the payment, thus ensuring greater security and confidentiality.\n<h2><strong>SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/strong><\/h2>\nShipping costs are not included in the price of the product that is displayed in the product page. Place your order and we will prepare it for you. In no case you shall sign nor accept the delivery of the parcel if the seal tape appeared broken or the packaging was damaged. Any controversy that may arise concerning the validity, interpretation, compliance or resolution thereof, shall be submitted to the laws and jurisdiction of the Courts of Spain. We will make every effort to bring an end to the Force Majeure situation or to find a solution by any means that enable us to fulfil our obligations under the Contract, despite the situation of Force Majeure.\n\nIn case of conflict, the customer will address to PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. in first place, to attempt an amicable settlement thereof.\n<h2><strong>RETURNS OR EXCHANGES<\/strong><\/h2>\nYou can withdraw from the agreement within the longer fourteen (14) calendar days following the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the items bought at <a href=\"mailto:www.paradisedesignstore.com\">paradisedesignstore.com<\/a> in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Act (Ley de Comercio Minorista).\n\nThe refund in the customer&#8217;s account as a result of such return, shall be processed within 7 business days from the date when PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. gets the product back, after verifying that it is in perfect condition.\n\nFor our return service, you will be deducted a sum equal to the order shipping costs (in case you have taken advantage of free shipping, your return will be costless).\n\nIf the recipient of the PARADISE DESIGN products is not the person who paid for them, the funds will be refunded to the person who made the payment.\n\nThe action of return must be notified via email to <a href=\"mailto:shop@paradisedesignstore.com\">shop@paradisedesignstore.com<\/a> or you can fill out the form available on the CONTACT page (returns) of this web site.\n\nThe right to cancel the agreement will be applicable provided that the PARADISE DESIGN products are returned in the same condition as when you received them, together with their full original packaging, labels and all related accessories. If the returned order does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to receive a refund\n\nUnder no circumstances can we accept returns sent with unpaid postage. We will not accept any liability for the loss, delay or shipping to the wrong address of any products you wish to return to us.
